For commercial cleaning companies with 1–20 cleaners: enter the areas of the building, the tasks and how often they are done, and get labor hours, a monthly price and a proposal ready to send.

Two-floor office, 12,000 sq ft, cleaned 5 nights a week, restrooms daily, carpets vacuumed twice a week. The bid shows 9.5 labor hours per night, wages and supplies, and a monthly price with your margin. A three-page proposal with your logo is ready to send.
Choose your planFor a small commercial cleaning company, every new contract starts with a bid. Someone walks the building, writes down the rooms and floors, estimates how long the work will take and turns that into a monthly price. Too high and the contract goes to someone else; too low and the account loses money every month. BidSheet Clean turns the walk-through into a calculated bid and a proposal.
You enter the building the way you saw it: offices, restrooms, kitchens, lobbies, stairwells, the type of floor and the square footage of each area. For each area you choose the tasks — trash, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning — and how often each one is done: nightly, a few times a week, weekly or monthly.
Production rates turn the tasks into time: how many square feet per hour a cleaner covers for each task. The service comes with starting rates that you can adjust to your own crews, because you know how fast your people work in a typical office.
From the labor hours the service builds the price: wages, payroll costs, supplies, equipment and your margin. You see the cost per night, per month and per square foot, so you can compare the bid with what the building manager is paying now and decide where your price should be.
The proposal is generated from the same numbers: a description of the scope by area, the frequency of each task, the monthly price and your terms. It carries your logo and contact details, and you send it as a PDF. When the client asks for a change — fewer nights, an extra floor — you change the input and the price and proposal update together.
Every bid is saved. You see which bids were won and lost and at what price per square foot, which helps you price the next building of the same type with more confidence.
BidSheet Clean is built for owner-operated cleaning companies with 1 to 20 cleaners, where the owner does the bidding himself. It does not schedule crews or run payroll; it does one job — getting the bid and the proposal right.
You can also keep templates for the buildings you bid most often — a medical office, a school, a small retail space — with the usual areas, tasks and frequencies already filled in. A new bid then starts from the template, and you only change the square footage and anything specific to that building. Templates make bids from different people in the company consistent, so two estimators walking the same building arrive at a similar price.
The numbers in a bid are your decision. The service helps you calculate them consistently; it does not guarantee that a bid will be won or profitable.
